Rent reminders when a payment is past due, and notices about your tenancy (for example maintenance scheduling or an office closure). We only text current tenants about their own account. We do not send marketing or promotional messages, and we do not text prospective tenants who have not applied.
By submitting the sign-up form above with the consent box checked, or by providing your mobile number on your rental application or lease agreement and checking the text-message consent statement there.
Message frequency varies; typically a few messages per month at most. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one confirmation message and no further texts. You can also tell us by phone or email and we will remove your number. Opting out of text messages does not affect your lease or your other notices, which we will continue to send by email or mail.
